Combat Medic Badge

The Combat Medical Badge was designed for Army medical personnel who served and provided aid under combat conditions. First approved in January 1945 and authorized retroactively for those who served in WWII prior to that date, the Combat Medical Badge is the medical equivalent of the Combat Infantry Badge created in October 1943.
