M1923 Cartridge Belt

The M1923 cartridge belt had ten pockets and each pocket could hold ten rounds of 30.06 ammunition packed on two stripper clips for a total of 100 rounds. The cartridge belt had grommet holes that were used to attach a soldier’s canteen, entrenching tool, first aid pouch, and haversack.
